The Southwest National Primate Research Center (SNPRC) proudly offers many educational opportunities throughout the year.

Undergraduate and Graduate Student Internships

The Southwest National Primate Research Center (SNPRC) student internship opportunity is now closed. Please check back in the late Fall of 2016 for 2017 Summer Internship opportunity. Both undergraduate and graduate (Ph.D. and veterinary) students at accredited academic institutions will be eligible to participate. 

For those that submitted applications before Jan. 29, 2015, notification of acceptance to the 2016 Summer program will be made by February 26, 2016.

Student Volunteer Program

SNPRC provides educational volunteer opportunities for a limited number of students throughout the year. Students must be at least 18 years of age and currently enrolled in school. We will match student volunteers with appropriate mentors. However, the availability of a particular mentor is not guaranteed.
